M96 vertical machinecenter adopts Japanese imported control system (Mitsubishi or Fanuc) and its supporting servo driver and motor, realizing three-axis linkage. Material removal rate is about 1.5 times than the conventionalCNC machine, greatly reducing the processing time and manufacturing cycle of parts, production efficiency is greatly improved. Guide wayis protected by Taiwan telescopic protective cover, which hasthecharacteristics of good protective performance and long service life, and effectively preventsiron scrap and coolant from entering the machine to damage the guide rail and lead screw.
